Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. They outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of Xenzar.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Xenzar platform, accessible at xenzar.com ("the Platform"), and any related services provided by Xenzar Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Who Can Use Xenzar
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account you confirm this. The Platform is intended for individual human users only - automated accounts, bots, or commercial resale accounts are not permitted.
2.2 Account Registration
To access full Platform features you must register with accurate and current information including your name, email address, target industry, and target role. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us at support@xenzar.com immediately of any unauthorised access.
You may not share your account. Each subscription is for a single named user only.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
3.1 Available Plans
Xenzar offers three subscription tiers billed monthly in British Pounds Sterling (GBP):
- Starter - £19.99 per month. Basic career coaching tools with usage limits as described on the pricing page.
- Career Builder - £30.00 per month. Expanded tool access including mock interviews, job tracker, and interview answer improver as described on the pricing page.
- Pro - £50.00 per month. Unlimited access to all tools plus exclusive features including video coaching, monthly live Q&A sessions, and monthly career insights.
Full plan details are available at xenzar.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
3.2 Billing and Payment
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on your subscription start date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.
If a payment fails we will notify you by email and attempt collection again. Continued failure may result in suspension of Platform access until payment is received.
3.3 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@xenzar.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and not to renewals or upgrades. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Note: This guarantee operates in addition to your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by using the Platform within the cooling-off period you acknowledge the digital service has begun and your statutory right to cancel may be affected. Our 7-day guarantee is separate from and in addition to your statutory rights.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings under Billing or by contacting support@xenzar.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access is retained until the period end. No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of a billing period except within the 7-day money-back guarantee window.
3.5 Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
3.6 Annual Plans
Where annual plans are available, subscribers receive 2 months free (10 months charged, 12 months access). Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days except where required by applicable UK consumer protection law.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Platform to access AI-powered career coaching tools including CV scoring, cover letter generation, mock interview practice, LinkedIn profile review, and interview answer improvement.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any means to extract data from the Platform without our express written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
- Use the Platform to provide career coaching services to third parties for commercial gain without written consent.
- Share, resell, or transfer your account or subscription to another person.
- Upload content belonging to someone other than yourself without their express consent.
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable UK law or regulation including the Online Safety Act 2023 and Computer Misuse Act 1990.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
4.3 Usage Limits
Certain features are subject to monthly usage limits depending on your subscription plan. These are detailed at xenzar.com/pricing and reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
5. AI-Powered Tools and Content
5.1 Nature of AI Outputs
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate career coaching feedback, CV scores, cover letters, interview questions, LinkedIn recommendations, and other content. These outputs are generated automatically and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You should review all AI outputs critically before using them in real job applications or interviews. Xenzar does not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
5.2 No Employment Guarantee
Xenzar does not guarantee job offers, interview success, salary increases, or any other specific career outcome. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Any statistics, case studies, or testimonials shown reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.
5.3 Not Professional Advice
Content and tools provided on the Platform do not constitute professional legal, financial, or HR advice. For specific professional guidance please consult a qualified professional.
5.4 Your Content
When you upload a CV, paste profile content, or provide any other information for AI analysis ("Your Content"), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the requested service. You retain full ownership of Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not share Your Content with third parties except as required to provide the service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Xenzar Content
All Platform content not generated by you or by AI processing of your inputs - including design, branding, logos, written content, video coaching materials, and software - is owned by or licensed to Xenzar Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at xenzar.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in full compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. However no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Video Coaching and Live Sessions
8.1 Video Coaching Library
Access to the video coaching library is available to Pro plan subscribers only. Videos are for personal educational use and may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed. We reserve the right to update, remove, or replace video content at any time.
8.2 Live Q&A Sessions
Pro plan subscribers may access monthly live Q&A sessions. Sessions are scheduled in advance and published on the Platform. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice. Recordings may be made available to Pro subscribers after the live event. By participating with camera or microphone you consent to being recorded.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session who behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xenzar Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of employment opportunity, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10. Service Availability
We endeavour to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@xenzar.com to request account deletion. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy upon deletion.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Platform in a way that causes harm to us, other users, or third parties. If we terminate for breach you will not be entitled to a refund of subscription fees already paid.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination you will immediately lose access to the Platform and all content within it. Outstanding fees remain payable.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. As a consumer in the UK you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill, at a reasonable price, within a reasonable time.
If you have a complaint please contact us at support@xenzar.com in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
13. Third Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Clerk (authentication), and AI processing. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices, policies, or content.
14. Complaints and Regulatory Information
If you are dissatisfied with our service please contact us at support@xenzar.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
Xenzar Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.
15. General
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Xenzar Ltd in relation to your use of the Platform.
15.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed from these Terms. Remaining provisions continue in full force.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorised representative of Xenzar Ltd.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in the event of a business sale or merger provided your rights are not materially affected.
15.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
